We are looking to locate potential new sites on locations of approximately 0.3 acres on busy main roads, close to town centres with good visibility and easy access. Our current focus for expansion is in the south of England. We look at catchment areas in excess of 30,000 households, though larger conurbations will support several arc car washes.
Major retail schemes, cleared sites, closed filling stations and used car lots are all of interest. Freehold, or leasehold for a minimum of 25 years, considered. Introduction fees assured for agents not already retained.
